Mechanical Waves

This sequence encourages students to develop their understanding of the properties of mechanical waves and how they relate.

It is made up of six sections:

• Mechanical waves
• The physics of tsunamis
• Properties of mechanical waves
• Graphing waves
• Tsunami problems
• The physics of whale stranding
