'Use' in this Agreement means: - Utilisation of the SPICE education product by loading the same into the temporary memory (RAM) or installing into the permanent memory (eg hard drive, CD ROM or other storage device);
- Copying the SPICE education product digital media for the purposes only of producing one back-up copy of electronic media associated with SPICE education product; and
- Copying the worksheets solely for teaching purposes within the School or Organisation nominated on the Site Licence.
- Resources are not to be decompiled (eg cut and pasted) below the Asset level.
- All Copyright information attached to the Resources, Asset (including information attached to individual items and works within each Asset) must be kept intact or otherwise reproduced with any reproduction, edition, composition, derivative work or distribution.
- Other Third Party copyright material contained in the Resources may be subject to separate licence conditions. If so, there conditions will be include in, and can be accessed via the item itself or accompanying information.
- Resources are licensed for use only with in the school or for school associated work (such as student homework).
